Stainless steel welded structures

At Zergiebel Schweisstechnik we have the technical know-how when it comes to welding of stainless steel—especially complex welding designs. We will be happy manufacture welded structures based on your engineering drawings, or you can tell us your ideas and we will implement your concept.

We work with all common stainless steel, e.g. 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4541 or 1.4571. However, we are also capable of working with duplex stainless steels, aluminium, titanium, or nickel-based alloys.

We can also offer surfaces in a variety of textures, such as pickling, passivating, grinding, galvanising, glass bead blasting, mirror finishing, or electropolishing with defined surface roughness according to your requirement. These processes will be done externally.
